NEW characters below level 40 got bonuses. As well as OLD characters 40 +. You fall in neither of those categories, unfortunately.

Shock and stun is the same effect. Shock is a trait and stun is a type, but the effect is the same.

And ppl say it's kind of worthless. I just want to know if +DUEL increases the power of a skill in pvp. Not necesarily the damage, but the power of the skill. That item is intended as a RUR sink, so the the amount of RURs available on the server does not flood the market after some time.

1. Rune 30% is working correctly. It gives % to base parameter xp. You cannot get a refund.
2. RB drop: chance х3, amount х1

According to russian forum, Cabrio died 1:31 moscow time.

Respawn time is 12+8.

I suggest creating a similar topic on the English forums. To share sub raids death time.
