And it drops at a very nice rate. Maestros in Taiwan and Indonesia got it within half an hour of hunting there. Even if that may have been luck, but you should have your book within one or two days at most.
did you tried correct mods for long enough?  ;)

It says to use the CTS system but with modified l2.ini, you need to change server ip to 178.162.251.23 and copy a servername-e.dat file from GF client to CTS system.

it shows only bots shops because getting data from them is much much much much more easier than getting such data from server  ;)

Level 70 stone = Paralysis Effect 9, Skill Level bonus 70
Level 76 stone = Paralysis Effect 10, Skill Level bonus 76
Level 80 stone = Paralysis Effect 10, Skill Level bonus 80
Level 82 stone = Paralysis Effect 10, Skill Level bonus 82
Level 84 stone = Paralysis Effect 10, Skill Level bonus 84

To put things into perspective with equivalent 2nd job player skills:

L76 Paralysis Augment is like Anchor +1
L80 Paralysis Augment is like Anchor +13
L82 Paralysis Augment is like Anchor +19
L84 Paralysis Augment is like Anchor +25
As you see, skills level bonus depends on stone's level, that depends on character level, so in some way you are right!  ;)

I think making h5 part3 to part4 isnt a very hard job, most of changes are in scripts, so maybe some day, admin will do that work, and we will have part4  ;)

yes there are, in leeked freya files there where 4 or 5 of them with slightly different drops and AI, and their spawn was determined by the people count  ;)

when you are transformed, no mater what weapon you are using (even a bow) you will do a short range single target meele attack (stigma works with bow+transform  ;D ) and it suppose to work like this, so this isnt a bug  ;)

Because new voice script don`t kick from game, and if your char was online l2top count vote, but you don`t take nothing.

After this, i wasnt able to get vote coins, stayed off for like 45-60min but didnt get anythink  :(
