How do i get it?
i is not learned as a new skill from NPC

so i tried drop at beast farm

i checked, oly books, 7s reward books, gracia books ... nothing...
does anyone know where does it drop or where can i get it?

You get the Forgotten Scroll for Create Item lvl 10 (Vesper crafting) as a drop from all Beast Farm animals that have been fed with Golden Spice to Stage 2, regardless of species (Cougars, Grendels, Buffaloes, Kookaburras):

And it drops at a very nice rate. Maestros in Taiwan and Indonesia got it within half an hour of hunting there. Even if that may have been luck, but you should have your book within one or two days at most.

did you tried correct mods for long enough?

I was at buffalos for more than hour, and other mobs more than hour too.
With rates 100 i should have plenty of them.
Maybe it is OBT bug and rates are 1x for this book and i was just unlucky ...
