i have no probelm with this skills i play cardinal^^ and cardinal can root with a skill lvl 6 O.o i never saw this
Root lv 6 is nothing, if you want to root someone, reroll SE/PP

I think you forgot that kind of skills land pretty nice on low level people, try it on 76+ people and you will see
