Life Stone 70 lvl give me a skill Empower lvl 9 in Valhalla. But when i use it, it gives me only 44 m.atk ...
Must it be like this or not ?!
It's no surprise. Dont expect any miracles. I think that amount of matk is correct. In most cases are numbers very ridiculous whether the sub class skills or augment or whatever in L2 :D

its correct, lvl 10 on teon gave me about 60 matk if i remember well - useless ^^
augumentations clarity and decrease reuse delay ftw
