for cloak quest i have to kill 18/32 players is it possible to do it in 1 teritory war or i have to w8 next one for 32
and do i have to kill various players from different teritory or it can be same teritory

You can't take another part of the quest on same tw, you have to wait for next one.

In total you will need 4 TWs (taking u meet the requirements in each one). That means u need 2 months to get the cloak. If you are patient enough for that i guess you would enjoy the stylish look, cuz thats about all of its usefulness ;)
