Success rate decreased?

Hello everyone..Just writing in order to learn a few infos about some rumors i ve heard the last few days.I dont really know if me and my friends are unlucky at all (today i failed to craft dc boots for fourth time:P ) or if this is a server modification.I ve heard of some people saying that success rate of 60% recipes is decreased on server cause the rates are x15 and mats are easy to be spoiled or dropped..Can anyone tell me if it does exist or if my luck is really f!@#$d up?

in 60% a-grade crafts I am: 9/21 so far (43%). I am not a statistician so I can't determine whether 21 is large enough of a sample size to determine if rates are normal, but I'd like to hear from someone who has attempted a lot of stuff, and what success rate they are.

The chance is 60% and it is just luck. Try to craft 1.000 boots in row or 10k then u'll see its nearly 60% or 1kk boots. Im pretty sure they also have an amount how they counting it. I remember when i was spoiling varnish/AS at deprives when i had more of them the relation of AS varnish was so close as the chance are saying.

Isnt decreased, its just korean 60%, so completely random for us
