About vote and link rewards...

Hello everyone!
First of all, one big Salute! to everyone.

I have a problem with Vote system.
To start, I'm from Portugal and I don't understand NOTHING what is write on L2TOP.RU.
So I "farm" a little around on forum, and I discover a topic made by Alice: https://forumen.rpg-club.net/index.php/topic,7310.msg87307.html#msg87307 were guide us to everything.

After I try use 4 times this directives, I search again and I found another talking about do the same steps, but on english webpage.
I try use that steps, what are exactly the same as before AND NOTHING!!!
So... Why I vote??? lool

Now: since day 0 I vote all days!
If in first day I do not get reward (only the mythic cookie at web browser) and I still not have a f***ing single Vote Coin in my char, were the hell are those so promised coins???

Btw, I use like this: /// 1st image letters space 2nd image letters /// x15-MrMan (EXACTLY as say on Alice post).

WTF I AM DOING WRONG???
Or were I claim my coins?

Another thing is about links...

I ask to a friend help me and look at this:
He enter on forum, and click on link. Got the page with verification code and write the 4 numbers showed there!
next he saw this:

After he do this 2 times, I take this shot wen I search from reward:

After all this I click again in Account and shown this:

I log in game and nothing!!! After 30 secs, after 3 min, after 1h... doesn't matter... I never have nothing in my inventory.

What the hell is wrong with my acc?

??
I NEVER got a single reward or benefit from Vote or friends click at link!!!!

After all this, I am wondering: why I vote and why I post links?

Well voting wasnt working for me too ( i didnt get anything after voting). But after yesterdays crashes i tryed to vote again, ang bingo, i got 1 vote coin.

You can trade them for some other coins at NPC. But i saw that one hair accesorie costs 500 of that coins. So its gonna take a long time till we can buy that.

make sure ur browser doesnt clear cookies when closing (pointed generally to mozilla users)

but why in x15 there are no items as bamboo hat energy,and some other accesories for 2 Vote coins, as it was in x5.

its no sence 1 vote coin = 1 day, 1 vote coin = 1 RUR (LOL)

now it's even not worth to vote for server.

make then not energy hats, simple hats for 2 coin 3-7 days expiration or smth...

I use firefox yes, but like I have read I can't have clear cookies enabled.
Is turned off, wen I vote shows up the pages with countdown 30secs to 0secs as should be ( based in what answers I saw on forum wen search info last tuesday).

Correct me if I am wrong, but vote was about "buyable" cakes with $$$.
But was no mention about vote caps.
Anyway, it's not worth to vote now, since it needs of voting entire months to get something useful, while killing few mobs in game is even faster way.

I really would like to see those hats that cost 500++ coins for something like 90/120 coins ( 3-4 months of votes ) , the normal ones with no gameplay effects, only esthetics. But my opinion really dont matter.

I have the same problem, I vote but no receive coins, I try in all servers (x5, x15, x1000) but not appear the vote coin never.
Weeks ago I did it every days but at least I've given up trying to do it

I was voting almost everyday last week, but i have only 2 vote coins. That voting system sux, please fix it.

3rd step - now click here -

4th step - and here -
