Hm.. if you're a kind of  "The Hardware Guy" and you think that you could do the things better you would have your own server and it would be the best.. So my suggestion to you is: FUCKING ACCEPT IT! THIS IS THE BEST PRIVATE LINEAGE 2 SERVER SO DON'T BE SUCH A MORON AND HAVE A LITTLE PATIENCE!

Nothing to do with hardware guy or something like that. It's common sense to run a server or important "pc" with some kind of backup. Imagine some module on the SSD gonna blow up again and have fun to recover the data from it (aka 100% Wipe).

Yeah that's right and it's not administration problem because as they said the server is not theirs it's  rented and it's situated elsewhere.. it's the same thing to use web-hosting server to create your own site and if that server goes down your site goes down as well and so you can only guess when it will be fixed and will be back online and it is good to wait a while before you are sure the problems are fixed and this way you may prevent some data loss..

Why would he need a proxifier. If server will be DDoSed (it will be for sure) changing your route won't help you at all.

Keep in mind that servers are located in Germany now and they don't have direct access like before. Time will show what's gonna happend.
