cant log to x15

i have a friend that he cant log to 15x, can to 1k, 5x and others but if i choose 15x no action
yes he did update,  took system from friend, reinstal, tryed few accounts and same problem all time any idea?its so strange that he can log to all servers and not to x15 (test server)

Same with my friend, he can log to every server, but on 15x he has ping 9999.

If server has ping 9999, it's mean that server is down, so you can't log in.

But i tried to log in same time and i logged in.

I have the same problem. I can log in x1 x5 x1000 , but i can't on x15. I made all updates, and I don't know where is the problem. After reinstall still the same.
