A question about bans... + (Unfair Ban)

first: dunno what u had mean... so let it be.
second: u wasnt protecting WC on 1:23 second, but ur not attacked closer to u mob, u prefer to attack mob who was already aggro, and if WC was in danger, u sholdn`t attack mob who was already aggred on PW, u would be preffer attack mob who could aggred on WC, and btw stayed closer to u. but u didn`t.

First: White Sand Mirage and Island guardian drops the stone...
Second: My blows there with that dagger deal 80% damage on that mobs... if i deal more damage than u the drops will be mine...

Firstly: i know what saying a base of knowledge. But in truth, i and all my clanies not even seen that firestones droped from Island Guardians. And i`m alone get more then 300 of this stones on this server at the same spot, and not even one stone dropped from guardian. But it nvm, u thought that drop might be, so u right, it is a same targets 4 u.
Second: It is nevermind which damage u can deal, because mobs lost more then 80% HP even when u tryed to come closer and it must be obvious. But u still tryed catch and get drop O_o.

Then at 3:05 there is NO MOBS around, and what MaryKay done? She staying, just staying! If normal man saw that some1 killing his mob, what he will be do? he will trying to kill this Grabber, or at least trying to kill mobs faster, and to do so, he will be stay closer, because each dagger know, that he is FAST, so if there is no mobs, he should stay closer to grabber, to faster killing a mobs, or at least making a place in centr of spot. First: why all the ppl when kill all mobs have to run to nowhere like a retard??? when no mobs, no move, lawl...
Second: on that spot,, the mobs havent a fixed location to respawn.. there are bout 6 mob and 4 of them respawn near the crystal and i was with that Ice Debuff, so i was not faster than ur wolf... staying near the crystal or the rocks my chances are higher then urs... Near U they're 0 since that debuff reduces a lot ur speed..
Third: I said, my dagger was without augment, draconic helmet and boots on my bag, 2 guys on that river near us... im not crazy enought to kill u with 40+ Pks... its better to KS u and try to make u move out...

First: Tell me, my friend, what ping do u have on this server if u truthly from brasilian? what kind of internet there? It is very very difficult to take targets with bad ping and normall people in attempts to enlarge speed of killing mobs prefer to send a character to the ground near to target, and on the way taking a target. and at least when mob so far or with some barriers in front of target u have to make a clicks to random place of ground, but not at 1:45 on video, when Target so far and with barrier, but u still comingh trough crystall without any click to right of u. And u find this target so fast after killing 3 mons in other side of spot... it is rly cool... Each gm knows that if character not making a random cliks on the ground, it is a frist bot alarm. But it is rly good explanation.
Second: trough all the video, i`m not see any speed decreas at ur character, but it is not so important, ur frase about respawn and a moment at 3:05 showed, that u taying about 6 second at "corner" of spot and not even try to come closer to Crystal or to the middle of the spot, but at 3:11 i`m not even see how mob has resped, and u already coming to kill it! O_o U  have a very good reaction for the lazy (boring) play whithout any random clicks.
Third: it is verrry cool.... So u not even try to flag on me. to bow me to pvp? u afraid to kill me by one kick? or old like a world method killing a pet and kill a mob to fast wash PK? on x30 such karma washing so fast, and u must to know it. U r not say, not flag, not try to drop a mons for me by fake death... damn man, u so n00b or this just an attempts of lie? litorical question...

First: I don't talk to u... i dont have to answer if im bot or no... because on the rules, GM will check that, not the players,,,
Second:and i wasnt attacking mobs by one line.. i was attacking ALL the mobs when they spawn... only targeting and atacking...

Since u have ur explications for my actions on the video and i got mines (that are reasonable too...)  Gm cant be sure, so he cant "listen his heart" and do what his friends thinks...

Frist: true yeah... but everybody on ur position will be answer. But it might be of course. ur desition, or u was on bot.
second: Target and attack is taking a time, and with ur ping(from brasilian) it should take a lot of time i think. And u havent any lags... I really envy to u... But rly... Everybody knows that noone killing mons like this exept bot. or rly lazy player but as i said above, there was a lot things which lazy player don`t doing(like taking a various drop and fast targeting)

Well... this video was made (u said) when GMs are sleeping... since the server is russian  it was made when there was 100~200 players online... it was 4:00 AM here and no lags... when i was farming my fire stones, i went to IOP only when got no lags, 80~100 ping..
If u dont know there's a command called /target, that if u type the name of the mob u'll get his target oO, yes its so fantastic, u dont need to run around where u are to get one target...
U cant impose what u think to me and to GM... its not obvious that was using BOT, its not obvious because i wast... on all the 5 minutes +- of video, only in 1 minute i was doing something strange, and that was when i was trying to move my friend, after this, i played normally like a lot of players... its not only because i play by different way than u (grab mobs and try to get drops, play with /target, dont run around like a retard while there are no mobs, dont flag) im a bot user...

Well, i think all can be seen at the video, but i`m understand, if player spend so much time to proove his "ungulty" in a foreighn language he at least don`t wanna lost smth. I`m still not believing u, but u right in one thing, everybody made a mistakes, i could made a mistake and saw a bot where it wasn`t. Bot couldn`t move like a real person, but real persan can move like an everything else. MaryKay, u r moving like a bot, make smthing with this. If it could change smth, and if GMs read this, i am vote for unbane MaryKay. I think he wouldn`t use a bot in future in a both case (if he was a bot and if he wasn`t a bot). It is rather to keep without punishment hundred 100% guilty ppl, then punish one ppl who could be not guilty. So say we all...
