actually the 30x was fucked up cus of bots and a lot of other shits, not cus of rates.
we are talking about a dead game, and the server gonna die quickly no matter the rates (:
the quest rates still low anyway, so we'll have to kill the same amount of mobs to get s80 recs for example.

30x is a worthless example cuz it was the first server with official gracia final files so every1 and their moms played it.

The point ur making about killing the exact same amount of mobs for s80 is exactly why the rates should be lower.
