About shout in game

Question to GM

So... I've played a lot of servers from low to high rate. At many high rate servers there i was able to see much spam at shout. From conversations of one party, trades to clan chat all you could see on shout and its MOST of time in GR/lithuanian/polish/RU/spanish language. Maybe there is no english language in schools i dont know but do your best to learn basic english. Here at RPG-club on a low rate x5 server the same thing is happening. There should be spoken only with English language to announce something important. As u forbidden trades to be shouted I hope you can find some way to do this too. In my opinion it can give a bad reputation of server to people who are beginning it or even who are playing it. There are not many such players (the ammount of negative replys on this post are those or hidding) and they should be punished. So dear GM tell me is there any way you can do it, do you want to do it, and so on, thanks.

i personally dont see any problems if shouts stays international instead of english only

agree , i dont care on what language you shout , as long its not a trade bot shouting for invitation to some lol random clan or sop ... ,
usualy that clans have 5+ rows of text and are repeated every 30 sec ... extreemly anoying especialy when you have 2 of the same but for difrent clans

btw this is the only server i played where i canot keep my self a record of my pm's ...

bot shoots / announce from admins every 2-4 min , its realy painfull for my eyes to watch over and over the same anoying messages 

at least please forbid the use of trade bots , its imposible to try make any party or sell anything in Aden after 17:00 gmt + 2

i gave to zlokob one about 3 weeks ago to return to you, since i quit. i learned zlokob also quit since then, not sure what to tell you bro. ill log some alts tomorrow and try to dig something up.
