Duelist - TSS, DSS, blaster

So... I'm playing a Duelist, I wrote to administration about skills triple sonic slash, double sonic slash and sonic blaster. After i used for example TSS or blaster 2 hits are without soulshots but this doesn't happen with DSS. DSS works as it should (in my opinion). GM wrote me it isn't a bug and i should ask for help/discussion here. So any answer or idea can be usefull for me, thanks.

The next hit after lethal blow is usually without soulshot. the same with battle heal, if spammed, only the 1st one with have its normal casting speed with sps, the next ones will cast slower.
At least it was like this some time ago

same happen for my tyrant

Using Raging Force  and next normal hit the shoul shot is reloading slower , something like 0.5 sec later

Also i noticed the same slow reload on nukes from inquisitor form for Shilent Saint , if you press the button for next nuke too fast its possible to not load the shot and the nuke is casting way too slower than normally , but you still get the normal damage of the nuke , because the shot is loaded before you actualy release the nuke and the result is only slow casting of the nuke but same dmg and is realy hard to proove this .

I guess its Bug with all skills .

just tested a bit, it happens with wc buffs also.
still, its alot better than the times where we had 10s shot lags, imo

It's not shot lag. Thats how NC made it, dunno if intentional or not

by normal i mean it was working exactly the same way on official servers
