2 characters are in jail

Reason is 3rd party software. We were xping in Forge of Gods when sws (lizzi) and bd (peacehun) got black screen and after few sec they were in jail. We didnt use 3rd party software. Sws was active and she did songs and picked up drops,she changed client few times on EE and she recharged our necro. Necro was boxing BD, bd did dances from ingame macro.
I dont know what did u see, but i'm sure we had never used 3rd party software.
Pls check logs or something.

Why i'm writting here? It was 3 days ago, I tried to make contact with shabaka, michealV and Alice. Both of them said u should try with shabaka. But he is ignoring me all day meaning doesnt answer to me on icq.
I wrote 3 days ago in "support" about problem and i got an e-mail only (pay 100$ and we unbann you).
I hope shabaka was just too busy and couldnt answer. I know this ban is some mistake and i hope Gm can help us asap.

Same problem here with char "Kumho. I tryed to explain as much as i could that GMs easier check it out. I got a answer : "You are lying". 1st of all its not that cool that GM reply it to player, 2nd i never said this same to administration. When here were soulshot lags and U said its gonna be fixed in 1 week and not 1 month i didnt said You are lying. I tryed to support You i hope you'll do the same... I were xping like this with (in game macro) 1-2 weeks or it is some kind of trying to interupt box BD and taking active BD? If its this unban me and i'll do it never again.

Hallo!
Now is really something I would like to receive an answer to why are banned. My char Lizzi. I didnt use any program. Frustrating not to get a response and there is no evidence whatever that it had been used.. Gm aktiv. Banned continue the characters, but neither is able respond?What is it??
Please.. I didnt use 3rd softwer.

No... they need money for new software to detect if the char is on live client, trade bot or oog bot. For now they believe in their
software and not in 5-6 real players. I'm right?

The fact is that i didnt use any macro or smthing in game i did all manual no macros not bot nothing i was xping and some gm put me inj jail maybe it was a mistake i dont know i will w8 some gm to help us thx

I was skontaktowć with GM because I was left not rightly banned. I did not use eny softwer to dance with my SD. I play clean and always played

You answer me in icq and you told me to explain how bd sws can make d/s at the same time...i explain you and then you block me.for example if BD sws makes macro in game with /delay 125 they will not make d/s at the same time?
i answer you yes..ofc i didint used macro and i didint use l2 control as you asked me i hope you ll tell me whats should i do to make me jail over..i am just saying its not a reason to jail ppl.

Hmm.. Interesting.. i dont get answer to email. and icq. but why?? I waited more than 1 hour icq and nothing..no answer. I got answer on icq gm told me to prove him that i didint use any 3d prog..i gave some example all i want to ask is to give us evidence and not just feelings.Also i wonna ask if nothing can happent do we have any 2d chance buy paying or smthing? thx
