celestial bug or not?

I have a problem with bishop celestial shield... when I put on celestial shield all the time it disapears when I reseve 1 hit on pvp. is it a bug? or what?

its not, if u have celestial/sonic barrier/dominator 80 skill/w/e u cant cast any skill or it will disapear.

the only things you can do is move and chat. anything else will cancel the celestial
