No reaction after choosing server

Hello.
I am new on RPG and I wanted to star playing on New World [x5]. Unfortunatelly this server seems not accessible for me. I had no problems with installing client, and pathing it for RPG, but after loging in, nothing happens when I choose x5 server. I don't get any error info, just no reaction. Server shows me all the time 9999 ping on this selection screen and the only thing that changes is traffic.
I have logged on other servers (1x, 35x, 1000x) with no problems, I created char and entered to game on 1000x and everything worked fine there.
I've started yesterday evening and today had several login tryes, all the time the same...

At least you can log in....my client doesn't go past "you are currently logging in.  please wait a moment".......how many times did you have to type in your user/pass ?  I've been stuck on this screen for hours.  Even tried reinstalling/repatching the whole game with the same result.

You should check your antivirus checking. Maybe its scheduled to autoupdate weakly and after last update it found some files as infected and moves it to quarantine?

I have no problems with login, everything goes swiftly after first try. The only problem is with choosing this particular server.

I am connected directly to my modem now.  I can log in,  but cannot choose a server.  5x is marked as HEAVY 9999, but the other servers pings update fine.  I cannot log in to any server

I spent a lot of time fighting with router but it was my software firewall issue. I still must work on ports filtering (for now I can play when firewall is disabled), but at least I know that was the problem. Thanks for advice.
