Use L2Utils, so easy to make ur own exactly as u like it. Or use search, there are quite a few shared in this forum.
All are mistaken about russians using l2r, explanation is a lot simpler:

dmg on screen doesnt work on GFinal, and no there are no such things like "resisted" on screen

humm dunno if i got ur sentence right. but i got resisted on screen whenever i do bluff/wound/ hex etc

@baho stop being annoying like you know everything, ive been searching for sysmsg too and they were telling me to use utils. if we knew how to make it work or use it we would have made our own sysmsg with our taste.

L2Utils dude, google it. You can figure it out by ur self, how it works. It's extremely easy

download l2utils latest version from l2media for example. install , choose the path to ur l2 folder, choose the right chronicle, press load , it will load ur systemmsg-edat, edit whatever u want
