Like, what is the difference between regular/mid/high/top LS except the glow?
i heard that they are different for chance/active/passive skiils

as far as i know its same chance to get chance/passive/active on all of them however the chance to get one of those compared to shitty lolstats changes with different grades.

i have read this already in english.. but i would like to know numbers, for example I have passive wild magic lvl 10 in my am, but in skills there are no numbers in skill description, how much does it increase my mcrit rate ? or if I had active empower, how much mattack would it add and so on...

The level of the stone ( for example life stone 76 ) defines the level of the skills ( if you get one - for 76 its lvl 10 )

The grade of the stone ( for example mid grade ) defines the chance of getting an active/passive skills or a chance.

afaik mid grade give glow if you get a skill, no matter what skill it is

doesnt matter what stone, skills are the same and also, even if it doesnt show it, stones over lvl 76, give higher level skills than stones under or equal to 76 (ex: lvl 80 stone nuke is higher lvl than lvl 76 stone nuke even if both show lvl 10 in the skill description)

Passive WM aint that good anymore... D:
and passive ones increase 20% but since mcrit is capped at 25% or sth it wont go over anyways. : x

i had passive empo on x30,it gave me like +45 matk on a stormscrmr,and i still got passive wm lv10 from mid76
