why we got banned?

this morning me and my brother got banned for Multibox
But we have everyone logged 3 Characters ... every 3 characters on one PC and it is permitted, so I think we got banned unjustly.
Please follow up this case

these are characters with Nick jivi, aosynn, growe and hypnotiq, takai, xamorn

Three clients per human being : ). I don't know what gm banned u, but i'm sure he didn't do it just for fun. You can send a message to support and explain your situation if you want (just don't write novels, as short as possible)
