Quest: Path to Becoming a Lord - Giran

This quest for castle owner of giran (char RETARD, clan Genocide) is bugged for the last part. I can't turn in the item "Freight Chest's Seal" to giran warehouse NPC Gesto.

I have heard this was bugged even on retail, and GM's were required to finish the quest.

I am affraid u will have to switch castle to get your crests on town npcs If there was same bug at giran quest on retail PTS, its here for sure too, dunno tho how much priority can such thing get at Admin "to do" list.
