No its not.
Gigant Confessor (42)  spoil CBP chance is 1/3 , so if its 3x chance it should be 100% to spoil them, but sometimes don't get nothing at all.

i believe basic mats chance is 1x (or 2x max) with only amount increased (which is fine). And other items have 3x chance

In my country 33%*3 = 99% and how does it work in russia ? Please teach us master how to calculate drop and spoil on xx rates. Becouse i see it very different from what it should be.  Next thing is on 1x you can spoil 3x animal bone for example. So with
Spoil: chance x3, amount x3 - x5  here you should spoil 9-15x animal bones but you can spoil 1-5.

average i get 1 stone per hour and it seems to be fine for me comparing to official where it was needed to put bot for 8h to get 1-2 stones on iop

Where do u see 100% drop chance there except for adena, boss jewel, bsoe and bsor? Biggest S grade item chance at frint is

Edit: the reason (at least what my logic says) for frint dropping S grade items in 99% of cases is not because of high chance, it's because of having virtually all of the S items in drop list. And the chance for them to drop is between 2% and 14%, BUT this doesn't mean you will get at least an S item every time. Post the drop list of the next frintezza pls.

Looking at the items that frint drop and their chances (talking exclusively about S), at a first look it seems to have an extremely low chance of not dropping any S grade items. But it still should be possible and this could have been that one special time. Just please, post the drop list of next frintezza. 'Cause i seriously don't see how they could make the chance lower then retail only for frint. It's possible only by manually modifying them and said they didn't changed anything, rates are x1 just like retail.
