Chat ban ?

OK, because of:

2. Players may:
  2.1 Use official RPG-club trade bot (see here) for trade purposes only.
     2.1.1 Write for trade only to trade chat 1 time in 1 minute, no more.

My brother has the same problem, however he didnt use trade bot...
He tried to make one shout, and he got chatbanned for 600min

imo bot shouts shouldnt be allowed at all, too much of flood.....

As you can see on the screen he is using "trade" channle on chat. Everything is fine. They shouldn't ban for players rights they were creating.

especially if i see ppl flooding giran chat with 5 messages in a row every 10 seconds for countless days. repeated offence penalty increase would be nice.
