Answer from admin was "unexpected technical work", so they're working on the problem, whatever the problem is.

i used updater and still i got stuck on "currently logging in" message, cant pass to server select

i had l2.ini in exceptions, after i removed exceptions it worked

yep delete  /system/l2.ini from exception list in the updater
because looks like server have new ip
