rpg x15 had 3k online with 100 shops in towns at 4am so your 4k online is probably like this.

the problem of the server is the rates. Ppl dont want to start on a x3 when all have vesper300 and dinasty 120.. is obv

by the way on x15 there was similar situation, when after few months most 'pr0' ppl left server, leaving it mostly for ordinary players. most hardcore nolifers usually dont last for long
so we will see how it gonna happen here.
but, to be honest, current x3 online is still "alarming".. GM do sth !
