on a midrate looked for em to do lv 9 10 or 100 element with no success!
As i was a high end game player till Epilogue and high end game player of Goddess Of Destructin updates,

Nope! the item actually exists but there is no database that tells how to get it! On servers midrate highhate and the GM can simply put them in the sale GMSHOP! But aha how to get them manually in the game! In Go.D possible and get Element LvL 15.

are elemental jewel of L2J, but many servers L2J simply not activate this feature because it makes the game imbalanced.

As I said and I repeat, if you saw someone with lvl 9 element, was surely at some L2J server, and pretty bad.

And no, it does not exist in official, you're dreaming ...
