Dual box on 7x

Hi all, so after all the discussions I desided to write here to ask about dual boxing on 7x Federation...will we be able to dual box or not ?

Official info says no, but ppl saying opposite..so thats why Iam asking here..

Federation wont have the same online at start. So i guess yes, it will be able...
Cause on *3 it was, but after many delays, lags and other shit, administration started to bride box.
