Question about first TW

As I understand it first TW is right after sieges on 11th november

Will it be possible to sign for tw without being in castle owning clan? Usually u must do it 2 hours before start .

Or no badge farming till 2 weeks after???

only for clans with castle, u cant sign on territory owned by npcs i guess

as far as i know ... 1st siege sunday 16:00 and 2nd siege 20:00 sunday ... after the 2nd siege (so around 22:00 or a bit later) will start TW cause all castle will be taken (at least that should happend ) ... LF confirm!
