RPG servers are hosted in Germany as far as i know and they have been for a long time. I am not from Russia and the game works perfectly for me, like a LAN game.

well i  hope,but for your 1st answer that you gave me ,they can make some solution about lower lag,
1st disaable dualbox (none want it )
2nd make items dissapear after some minutes,like herbs.(if they did not)
