You can't deposit money using credit card on your WebMoney. But You can buy WM card to do soo , using you visa

You can donate using this option. Im from Poland and I tried today. Donated 10 RUR on 15x

WebMoney option is good , not so expensive ,but entire instalation/registration process is a bit long and complicated
