u dont seem to think far beyond the opening, staff is doing what is correct, randoms will quit no matter what after begin wiped by top clams, so instead of going into random private servers rpg want to keep them in another server with less *factors* so they can have somewhat *fun*. by random i mean atleast 80% of the server

Whats the problem , if som1 like low rate he will play , if som1 prefer higher he will go x7 , if som1 dont like ruskies he will find another serv ( theres some x5 opening in 12 days , enjoy )  , who prefer higher rates go to l2final , and noone need fu cking 10k  trolls on every server.
