to seb2: messages clearly says that restriction to blessed spiritshots and beast blessed spiritshots in olympiad was changed
therefore it could be chnaged only from status "unavaliable" to status "avaliable"
these patchnotes are being translated from korean, so u can not expect these sentences to be build in way of normal western thinking

ve3k is right you can use bsss in oly and it`s a feature not a bug.
to those who didnt already know this :

Dont expect any clear info from N/C soft korean translations. They just suck donkey ballz. at least most html bugs from PTS are fixed here.
