I still have 8500 minutes from when it was 9999, can I PLEASE have my time reduced, this is ridiculous.

And that was it. As soon as I did the shout message I got instant chat banned; yet I see people SPAMMING shout chat and not getting banned so I don't understand why I got chat banned. I agree maybe I should be punished, but I don't agree for 9999 mins.
