Problem with ingame windows

Hello all, i tried to search on forum and on google but i didn't find anything about my problem.

When i log in game and i set position for my skillbar if i close the game when i run it again i find it in the initial position, not where i moved it

It's kinda annoying... i unchecked read only from option.ini file and in windowsinfo.ini position for skillbar seems ok.. Lf some help  :)

meh it doesnt happen to me but for example when i summon my fenrir and move his hp bar to the desired place, everytime that i log back the bar its not on the position i've placed it.
but anyway its not like this is some badass problem

i get all windows repositioned and resized, except my hp bar, buffs and target. it's annoying as hell, but i kind of got used to it. have no idea around it
