Hi, there is a problem with an account of a friend of mine who does not play. I am trying to log in with your account and I get: "Theft from Jolan", this is impossible because it does not play, and has only 3 people use it, we're friends, none of us knows Jolan ... Could you explain what happened?

The nickname is "Metal" "foxj" "ruug"
