3rd class quest problem on sub

Hey all, as topic say i have problem to change my sub tyrant to GK.
I had GK already in sub and i was canceled it ( don't ask why ), so after 2 months i made tyrant again.
Now NPC where i can use quest "saga of grand khavatari" told me i already finished this quest.
I want to ask you is it posible to make this class change second time? and if it is, how?

can do 3rd class quest just once. no way to become grand khavatari ever again after deleting it.
