Hi. What is the rate for the GC quests? Cause I´m not getting itens AT ALL there. And 30x + vitality here makes the lvling insane there...
No way I will get 1 set of books with 1 char with these rates...

its mroe likely a petiotion board thread and is already being discussed/closed there.
nevertheless its said there that the rates are 5x in giants cave, though i farmed there more than 2h and got 5 ancient parachutes ...
thats not 5x after all i guess :/
maybe gms have a look in it please?

you can also hunt the GC quest when you are lvl 85 the QI drop rate wont change.

so captain obvious why shoul i still farm for a grade (low a grade) recipes if i am 85?
i mean farming must not be too easy but it should go along with the leveling...

the point is juat that there is no point in doing so afterall.
The ratest like that dont allow chars in the lvl 61-75 margin to get A grade on time. DOT

thats ofc true and you can farm varka/ketra for Sgrade it takes a bit longer but atleat its worth the effort.

the problem of farming varka is that they hit pwetty hard and id rather have a tallum to bulldoze them instead of a common c grade heavy to watchmyself getting stunned and raped

and thats why id say rise the GC rates to at least real 10x

varka mobs are easy if you have the right buffs like BD and a WC and that all you need maybe an SE or EE for heal, and with common Agrade its ok. tested it

Common items drop like EVERYWHERE. By the time you reach 74+ to farm Varka, you will have 5 full Agrade common sets. But I guess you know this already and you ask this dumb just trying to prove your not-anymore-existing point

i only played bugged up to gracia 2.2 servers where common items didnt dro pat all, so, no, i dont know that already but now i do and thx for the info.
my "non existing point" sadly still exists because the quest item drop rate is still not high enough to provide players with normal or masterwork a grade sets.
(imagine you have a sub or an alt that you need to lvl up fast and you would be able to rely on an already existing a grade set with set bonus (tallum plate) to farm and lvl fast...)

Yeah cos people really wanna be rolling around in common a grade until they make s. Up the rate, I was just there for 2 hours and got like 20 total parchment, which is better than what most report but still nowhere near acceptable for the rates. You can make a third class lv79 char in ~7 hours on this server but doing gc 1 to get the book for 2, then actually getting the recipe you want from part 2 might take ~10-15 hours. Wtf?

well there has been update for common items drops there are places like cata and TOI HB where common items doesnt drop and also the drop rate was lowered because ppl on retail were complaining that it droped too much and they had to restock trains once per 4 hours

but thats another story. you can have full common set its not a problem in varak you can drop all you need.

I don't need loa quest nor have I done it so I'm not going to give my input. Call it "cry" all you want but the quest rates are retarded and you can't justify it in comparison to the other rates of the server.

thanks god the first one that got my mind

rolling in a grade common every sub or alt up to s grade is what i wouldnt call l2 experience...

it cant be that hard to adjust the drop rates of major quests like that ...

im not saying that the rates are balanced, cause they are not, the drop rate of mats is ok but the amount sux ballz i was just giving an update that is related to this threat cause it will take about 2 week till HB will be opened maybe a bit more so S80 will take a bit longer.
