Counter Critical +30 % ?????????

I am playing tyrant, i take counter critical for boost my cryt rate. Optional c, rate is 202 with hunter, hawk, i should have 30% so about +60 cryt rate, i was supriced when i get + 14 O.o its bugged or why only +14?

It's 30% over your base crit rate, that's why you only get +14.

Take master focus subskill, it gives passive 30 critical rate, if you really want crit rate so bad.

base crit rate = the crit rate you have without buffs / SA (if focus) on your weapon.
