Damage from stabs

Its hard to 100% check this coz a lot of things affect dmg from bstab, but i made some "test" with xlife (as with cd 260 att on weapon only AQ), ssj (s84 with CD 150 att weapon baium aq) and me (s84 with CD 300 att aq baium). We were hitting same target and i was doing the lowest dmg. For further tests we deleted dyes and took off  armors/boss jewels from us and still I was dealing basicly the same dmg  with 300 att s84 w/ CD as xLife with 260 att AS with CD. I'm somehow worried that its not how it should be... So if some gm could check it up and provide some info about it would be great.
Target that we were checking dmg on had 76 resist vs xlife dagger and 70 vs mine

note - next time stay on 150 and screw going 300 ;p

If target had ~70 defence versus ur elements then that means u were both hiting on the 150 mark. That means u should do more or less the same damage. And no, having s84 dagger doesnt increase ur dmg to an observable value as patk depends veeeeeeeeeery little for dagger skills.

note - next time stay on 150 and screw going 300 ;p

Going for 300 is mainly for preserving the 150 difference.

150 attack attrb vs 0 defense attrb = 300 attack attrb vs 1-150 defense attrb

wtf is it so hard to understand? It's not about how much u have on weapon, what matters is the difference between ur attack attribute (weapon + buffs + skill enchants) and the victims same defense attribute.

Simple examples:

1) 300 vs 0 --> 300 difference = the 300 attribute damage bonus is applied

2) 150 vs 0 --> 150 difference = the 150 attribute damage bonus is applied

3) 300 vs 150 --> 150 difference = the 150 attribute damage bonus is applied

4) 300 vs (anything between 1 and 149) --> 151 - 299 difference = the 150 attribute damage bonus is applied

5) 300 vs (anything between 151 and 299) --> 1 - 149 difference = check the link above to see what damage bonus u get

To this example above add attack/defense buff attribute enhancers + skill enchants and do some basic maths. One more example:

Take soulhound, weapon 300 dark, soul of pain +30 dark attack (+50 dark attribute) with selfbuffs dark weapon (+20 dark attack) and dark weapon toggle (+10 dark attack). That's a total of 380 dark attack attribute force when hitting with Soul of Pain.
The target has, let's say 60 dark on one armor part and unholy resistance (i think +30 dark defence). That's a total of 90.

380 - 90 --> 290 = 150 attribute bonus damage is applied. (70% more dmg)

Same target without the buff --> 320 difference = 300 attribute bonus damage is applied. (98% more dmg)

Explained so all kindergarden pr0 daggers understand.
