I haven't been so impressed by a series since I've seen Sons of Anarchy.Rome was very good too but this seems to be at a whole different level .

HBO , anything produced by them is fuckin awesome , completely different level than any other network.

when i heard game of thrones, i didnt expect it would be from ' sword and bows' age... after 1st episode, i started liking it, but from 3rd eposide i am like, wtf where are dragons, wizards, orcs, wild animals and such stuff.
the only epic character is dwarf the dwarf

Game of Thrones  , is more about the politics/relationships/corruption and general human(and not so much human ) behavior rather than hack and slash medieval tale of glory and blood
Don't expect to see huge fights and stuff like that but rather the reason/actions that lead to them taking place
That's the only thing i didn't like in episode 9 , we didn't get any of the action that went on - and there was plenty of battles goin around -.

Anyway , it's still quite awesome even without the huge battles/fights (although i'd love to see something like the siege of helms deep from lotr ^^).
