3x is ok but please, make it 3x AMOUNT not chance. It's far better overall. Only recipes/parts should be 3x chance at spoil.

As it was mentioned countless times before, mats drop/spoil chance should be x1 and ammoun x5, or at least x3. This is best way to scale settings in order to keep stable server economy.

Have you ever tried to play on 5x?
1)There are no D/C shots in gmshop, it was only on 30x.
2)Who cares about NPC buffer who's is selling buff 20k/each till 40lvl,  when we have newbie's buffs up to 61lvl
3)You should go check 30x and you will see. I haven't seen any nicknames in Cyrillic alphabet.

ok, if it's so it's ok, but i still don'T get WHY there is the npc buffers it's weir it has no reason, ppl should get their own buffs for more cooperation.... i wanna play some support char...and i like playing in party...so why this?
