This means they have the files already, why not add them to OBT then if most bugs are fixed? Then update servers when all are fixed.

Even if they give ETA, should get used to the fact everything they say will be postponed for unexpected period of time.

And about communication with international community. If u check h5 thread on russian forum, there's 1-2 replies in 2 weeks and 100 questions.

I dun care about ETA of any kind.It`s been proved in l2 world that eta doesn`t mean shit.What i want to know is do they have h5p5 files and are they partners with some servers out there.If both are correct they can stfu for rest of year as far as im concerned.

It means what was written about part 3 and nothing else is not quite right anymore
Most likely it'll be part 5 fith all the fixes.

More exact about the date will be said as soon as all the GM's are online, not only me.

Acording to the post that someone made a couple of pages back, linking the preliminary stuff for part 4 and 5, the major changes are in part 3 to 4 than 4 to 5. now I don't know about any bugs that existed in part 4 that got fixed in part 5, as obviously, those things aren't explicitly posted in the patch notes.

So even if they have part 4 files, and nothing major has changed, they can upgrade it themselves to part 5 imo.
