server with such a reputation as RPG does not need to worry about the number of users. It is important that the new chronicle lacked or had as few bugs as possible and I think it is a task #1 for the staff

Ok, Alice tried ever since mid august to get a clear answer but the only one that is given at the moment is "testing and debugging". When a more clear answer will be available be sure that Alice will share it with you.

One thing's certain, community is pissed about delays, and MV is trying to get the community to calm down by talking to admins etc etc.
I think that there is a topic like this in RU community part, and the "hate" here is probably the same on the other part of the community, but certainly it is not directed at mods of forums but as, said before, at admins (who tbh, I never saw online on x15).

If admins are needing some help getting programming and other stuffs' done, they could ask that to the community, they don't know what answers/help they might get, instead of going "Lone Wolf" (which to our knowlage consists of only 1 programmer, which kinda makes progress go slow).

Was a huge mistake to make community believe H5 would be here soon. (period)
This GM MV cares with us and  seems he does is best to inform us and clean RPG image. The problem are the leaders or whatever. Bad organization (we can see by this topic) and some lack of respect towards the community.

On the other hand we play this server for free so I dont care... they can do whatever they want... we cant demand nothing. (period)

I will w8 for H5 in RPG since I just play here to fill my free time and I'm hoping RPG will have a great comeback when all is ready.
