it was 150 and now its 27? or from 50 its 27

Dont mind the ss with spoil festival, that one was just to show weapon with 50 earth element.
From 50 got to 27 with the + 28 poil earth vuln.
You can see on spoil description (first link) how much it reduces.

actully i killed them with exactly the same skill enchant and items that i have on x15 except vesper set and mid s84 sword +6, get mad.

Hello.
Has anybody tested drop of forgotten scroll - create item lvl.10 ?
I tried beast farm where pmfun says it should drop but with no avail.
I also tried tanta/sel mahum mobs which plaync (korean site) referred to, but thats for later chronicles i guess...
Or is there any other way how to get it on h5p3 ?
