npc dont have resist and duel is not working cuz is not pvp
in H5 skills should be enchanted on duel bcuz is very easy to stack resists

This test wasnt to check dmg ele/duel, it was to check influence of str on crit with skills

how is new skill dual blow?
does it miss a lot like i've heard?(even with mortal strike + focus death?)
land rate of 1/1 lethal?

Well, Ive heard that each blow has bit sh1ty land rate with dual dagger.

dex = speed evasion atc speed, what is dagger without those 3 ?

if you're pve beast, lol. Actually in most cases (oly, mass pvp) speed is only one important out of mentioned.
Atk speed = wow, 100 more/less atk speed means like 0,05 sec shorter/longer time of casting blows.
evasion = if you fight against any fighter 1min (UE, skill 83) is more than enough in 99% cases. When it comes to nukers: well, even 350 evasion wont help you.
Still good you haven't mentioned crt rate

PS. tested today few h5 features and for me it seems there're not major bugs. Wouldnt mind to play those files on x15 even today

btw about cloaks, its my client or u cant see cloaks with some sets? and epics cloaks from part 4? or just theres no such cloaks in gm shop? and i cant find pvp belts.

edit. checked quest, u can take them, so i guess just no cloaks in shop.

about cloaks i also can't see s84, but i can see s80 on all sets
and for the pad, i saw some ppl around with it on dynasty sets
