Maybe it was posted on Russian forums. I have used search several times, different keywords, but couldn't find any specific information about it.

Except that new server might be launched after an update of existing servers

yea

im testing it cuz that dyes had becu at x15 when he was hero....

and atm im testing it how it works ;P

edit +5dex =
4 doube crits(~5,6kdmg) on 19 hits(~2,7k dmg)

+5 str =
about 7-8 double crits(~6k dmg) on ~17 hits (~3k dmg)

1. str (and p.atk) HAS an influence on dmg in H5
2. as Lokocz said - the higher str, the higher chance to skill crit (dmg x2)
3. dex doesnt have a smallest influence on blows land rate since c4 (I think c4). Only basic value matters (like 36 for light elves)
4. becu played on GF. Its time for changes, babe :>

just id wish to see exact numbers ;/ iv seen this video. i wanted to test on pts but leveling, while there running so many l2java noobs with +10 crap, its just too much work for test. if some1 not lazy make -9 str and +4 or 5 str and test like 50 skills, how many crits and what dmg.
