Hmmm what? I don't recall of any redalert situation. Did this happened while i was away? Anyway, i strongly doubt there was any corruption involved. I'm sure this was just a matter of russian mentality not being understood by the foreigners. But i am curios on hearing some details about this.

I don't remember this, so it must have happened while i was away. It really sounds regrettable and it makes me a little mad that they didn't ban him permanently from first proof. But to be frankly, it's just their mentality. Even when i was around i had to bring several arguments and proof when i wanted to ban some abuser. They are just hard to understand, it has nothing to do with favoritism or anything else.

And yes, i know about current situation of daggers in olympiad, but i just chose to not argue with admins for weeks again on this matter because the h5 update will fix this problem.

To be honest RPG is one of the best servers I have ever played, maybe the best for its kind. But in my opinion (and I don't want to offend anyone from the staff or so), it's impossible for ANY server not to have at least some corrupt, even for RPG, because WE as humans are not perfect I don't have proofs for anything and I just don't care even if such things exist, because I'm making my own gameplay

Anyway about H5 I hope it revitalizes our population in x15, and in my humble opinion, best option for RPG to get real LIFE again, is first of all to merge x5 with x15, and upgrade the merged server into H5.

Once again, that's just my opinion, no intentions to offend anyone.

MV: yes, there was an incident with a GM from x1000 in the near past, but he was taken care of and since then no GM on RPG will ever be able to do anything but summon people, not even kill an npc. Hardcore is from russ/other update, high lv zaken have only low chance 1-0.05% to drop normal earring.

Tezza drop a grade neck with 30-40% chance and vesper/vorpal.

RPG had over 1k users accounts logged -not guests- in EN forums, and over 2k logged in rus forums at the moment of the start plus all the ppl that was getting time out while trying to open the forums.

those guys have a 48 hours record and still cant manage to make it 1/5 of the actual rpg numbers.

i dont know what admins w8ing for.
we was there, tested almost all that is important and everything works perfect. Well missing some htmls but i guess its not big deal for noone.
for last 2 weeks like 1.5k ppl are off from this server. dnno for what those fails are not in use. maybe admins want to update when on x15 left  1000 ppl and 900 boxes....

Totally agree! If some html's are missing, not a big deal, they can be done later, all the basic things are working. Also if those html's are going live later, that will show ppl that the server is maintained right and correctly.

Actually there's a lot of things that can be donated (im really wondering, why the Vitamin Managers aren't involved in donation - levelling helper pets and so on), tons of hats, agathions, buff potions/scrolls and some special server-side functions (name/gender change, sub class to main, etc).

I think the update would be strong at the beginning of july, oly wont be fucked with and it will give a little time to patch what you can, but for the most part I think people can deal with the little things that are wrong

After 2 days of testing there is still alot to do at H5 server. The core files are ready to play, the rest i guess will be ready soon.

I've explained to you long long ago why RPG couldn't fix most of those bugs. At least some critical exploits were fixed.
Anyway, to explain to you again, RPG cannot afford to bring in new people (very skilled devs) to fix the problems because of obvious problem (hint: all those new GF servers). Those guys have been building extenders for many many years, of course it was easy for them to fix those already known problems from RPG.

While RPG cannot promise to surely fix some bugs (which on the H5 files it doesn't look to be any serious ones like the 1hp resurrection), we can continue to offer newer and newer content at retail quality and at least as long as i am around, i can promise you there won't be any GM corruption like on over 90% of private l2 servers. And of course, we won't stop trying to find ways of removing all of our shortcomings!

that 100$ unbans was just stupid. Some chars got un-ban even few times. And that is non-sense. Cheating should be = perm ban. lots of crppt.

That's why i want to discuss with the staff and establish clear rules about it, like not being available for certain offenses or being usable only once. But that thing with some chars being unbanned several times for money is wrong. They've explained to me that while there aren't rules written about this, they exist. And unbanning for money is available only once per character (the 2nd time he wants an unban, the price is ridiculously high just so nobody can use it). So if any chars got unbanned more then once, i can assure you that it only once happened for money, rest of times he proved his innocence, thus getting unbanned.

let them unban for 100$ but if they get ban for enchant skill make them all skill on 0 etc. we will see how many ppl pay this 100$, and ofc these people should be checked after unban

Zosiek, the 1 month ban rule for botting was added even before i left. As i told you and i repeat, they really are nice people. The only reason it looks like they are easier on russian players is because they can talk directly with admins. In the international community case, personally, i have to discuss with Alice first, to explain to her the situation, to bring arguments and proofs. And it's not because she wants all this from me to convince her, it's so she can convince the admins. So i have to wait for her then to discuss with admins and convince them of what needs to be done. And this process some times fails, you can't compare discussion of player->admins with player->gm(me)->Alice->admin. And this is why in some situations it looks like there were some not fair things, because they need to let Alice know of changes and then she needs to tell me so i can tell you, the players. And sometimes they forget to tell me some things.

Kiru, we will think and discuss the best possible rules for this unban feature. Obviously, in case of a ban for exploiting, if the feature will be available for such abusers, the character will be stripped of the exploited things. I think it was done anyway, do you know of anyone that payed for unban and his character was allowed to keep his exploited stuff?

There you go. It would be stupid to allow people to keep exploited stuff, don't you think so? Just because communication between staff and players is not perfect, it doesn't mean logical things like this don't happen.
