"Good day to fly" quest

Hi, my question is simple; how much do I need to haunt those vulture riders to get my 5 quest items cause i'm keept trying and nothing happens.

You don't always get the quest item after each kill. Keep trying.

u can buy the transform book for 500k adena in shop next to npc who gives u the quest

i made it by killing 5 mobs lol

which mobs u r killing and where? make screenshot pls.

I'm killing vulture riders on the south of Keucereus ally base.

I need the quest for opening other quests, not for the flying transformation.

I found my problem geez; I was using my own transform instead of that from quest NPC (dumbass)
