I want to ask about certificate for swm. Better will be haste from Warior or  Critical Chance from Rouge??

This is only good when you're in a fighter CP.
In a mage CP you gotta max-out your HP with -STR + CON and spam aggression on enemys DDs/Mages so you take the damage instead of your party members.
