BSS lags on nukes

Ok I was searching for solution of this problem but didn't found any actually working solution.

As nuker I have problem with "loading" time of Blessed Spiritshots.
When I am casting skill for the first time BSS is loaded and my character cast skill/nuke with c.speed bonus.
However if I am pressing skill all the time or just spamming it very often (like 90% of the skills) Skill first cast and then BSS is loading and I am casting this skill/nuke without c.speed bonus. It is so god damn annoying that this problem discourages me from playing on this server.

Since the begining of RPG-CLUB I had this problem, no matter what PC/network connection I had - always the same problems. Never met with this problem on any other private server L2J or L2OFF...

Is there a 100% checked way to fix this?
